The President of the Hellenic Republic Constantine An. Tassoulas declared the opening of the proceedings of the 66th International Session of the International Olympic Academy for Young Olympic Ambassadors, which took place at the hill of Pnyx.
At the event, the President of the International Olympic Academy, Charilaos Tsolakis, delivered an opening address, followed by a message from the President of the International Olympic Committee, Kirsty Coventry, which was read by the President of the European Olympic Committees and member of the Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee, Spyros Kapralos. Subsequently, a greeting was delivered by the President of the Hellenic Olympic Committee, Isidoros Kouvelos.
