The President of the Hellenic Republic Constantine An. Tassoulas received the Archbishop of Sinai, Faran and Raitho and Abbot of the Holy Monastery of St. Catherine of Mount Sinai, Damianos. His Eminence extended an invitation to the President of the Republic to attend the festival of the Holy Monastery of St. Catherine of Sinai, which will be held at the end of the year.
The Archbishop of Sinai Damianos discussed with Mr. Tassoulas the developments regarding the issues of the Holy Monastery of St. Catherine of Sinai and thanked the Greek State for its support.
He assured the President of the Republic that he will do his utmost to defend the rights of the Holy Monastery of Saint Catherine and thanked, in the presence of the President, the Greek people for their support.
The meeting was attended by the Legal Representative of the Holy Monastery of Saint Catherine of Sinai, lawyer Christos Kobiliris, the Press Representative of the Holy Monastery of Saint Catherine of Sinai, Archimandrite Porphyrios and the Secretary Aikaterini Spyropoulou.
